Person-centered Counselling

We provide a confidential safe space within a therapy room located at a Private Health Centre on Queens Road with parking and the option to the use the waiting room or entrance to the back door at your convenience. 

Most counselling work is done face-to-face, in-person, however we also have experience in working online via Zoom and WhatsApp, which allows flexibility and access to support for people who lead busy lives.
